Seattle, WA – Darby Watson, AICP has joined Parametrix as a Vice President, overseeing the firm’s Transportation and Community Building Divisions in the Puget Sound region.
Watson has over 20 years of experience, specializing in managing transportation and urban planning programs. She comes to Parametrix from the City of Seattle’s Department of Transportation where she served as the Director of Project Development. Her role included leading the bicycle and pedestrian programs.
Watson received the Seattle Design Commission Award for the King Street Station Hub and the Governor’s Smart Growth Award for the Newcastle Community Business Center. From 2013 to 2015, she served on the City of Berkeley Transportation Commission.
