Spokane, WA – Joe Foote, PE, PMP has joined Parametrix as a principal consultant. He has over 25 years of experience working on a broad range of planning, design, and construction projects with a focus on public water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
Foote comes to Parametrix from CONSOR where he served as a principal engineer. His expertise includes water system planning and design, pumping system design, and standards development. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Water Works Association, and Project Management Institute.
At Parametrix, he joins the firm’s water practice, providing water and wastewater engineering and design services to public agencies across the Northwest.
