The ranking is based on employee survey responses, which include questions about work environment, management and communications, decision-making and trust, career development and learning, and benefits and compensation.
Parametrix has Oregon offices in Portland, Bend, Eugene, and Ashland, consisting of over 150 employee-owners providing services in transportation, environmental science, climate change and resiliency, water, community building, and land surveying. Parametrix first opened an office in Portland in 1989, expanding to Bend in 2015, Eugene in 2023, and Ashland in 2025.
