Parametrix has ranked in the top ten for large companies for the last six years. Large companies are those that have 150 or more employees in Washington and includes all industries.
This annual program, created by Seattle Business Magazine and Best Companies Group, identifies, recognizes, and honors the best employers in Washington. Employees were asked to complete a confidential survey that included questions about executive leadership, work environment, communication, and training. The ranking is based on employee survey responses as well as company policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics.
