Seattle, WA – Parametrix has selected John Willis, PE as President, transitioning into the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role in early 2023. Willis is succeeding the current CEO, Jeff Peacock, PE who has served in the capacity since 2008.
Willis joined Parametrix in 2017 and has served as the senior vice president overseeing the operations in Oregon and Southwest Washington prior to being appointed as President. Under his leadership, the Oregon and Southwest Washington regions of the firm have grown significantly. He has over 25 years of experience in the A&E industry in a variety of leadership roles and has managed some of the region’s most significant infrastructure projects including the Interstate Bridge Replacement, TriMet’s Portland to Milwaukie Light Rail, and the Dreamlifter Operations Center for Boeing.
“I am honored to lead Parametrix and continue the firm’s legacy and commitment to employee-ownership,” said Willis.
“John brings exceptional leadership, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to lead the employee-owners at Parametrix,” said Peacock.
As Parametrix CEO, Peacock has been instrumental in the growth of Parametrix, among other achievements. Peacock will support Willis through the transition, remain engaged in a variety of projects at Parametrix, and continue to serve on the Board of Directors.
