Berkeley, CA – Patrick Echols, PE has joined Parametrix as a Senior Consultant with over 35 years of experience in geotechnical consulting and public works as a civil engineer, project manager, and director.
Echols comes to Parametrix from the Marin County Department of Public Works where he served as Interim Director and Chief Assistant Director. His experience includes overseeing engineering, transportation, waste management, and emergency communications divisons with a focus on developing and implementing capital improvement programs. His project experience includes the Golden Gate Bridge South Arch Seismic Retrofit, San Francisco Embarcadero Freeway Replacement Alternatives Study, Tiburon Ferry Dock & Plaza Replacement, San Anselmo Downtown Revitalization, Tennessee Valley/Manzanita Connector Pathway, North Civic Center Drive Gateway/Roundabout, and Marin Emergency Radio Authority Next Generation System Design/Implementation.
At Parametrix, Echols joins the firm’s growing California practice, providing transportation planning and engineering, services to public agencies across the state.
