Partnership Opportunities
Parametrix, a proud graduate from the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) program in 1992, understands first-hand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Parametrix has grown in capability and resources through Minority/Women/Small /Veteran-Owned/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise programs. As such, we truly understand the mission to utilize and developing these firms into capable, well-established companies. This only happens when these firms have significant portions of the work that move them toward their individual long-term business development goals. Parametrix strives to incorporate partner firms into our projects regardless of project requirements.
Specific and meaningful involvement of disadvantaged businesses
Parametrix believes strongly in the benefits of creating opportunities for disadvantaged firms throughout all phases of a project. Working with these partners contributes to great insight in terms of community needs, enhances planning and design quality, and increases community acceptance of the project.
In structuring teams, Parametrix builds on our established relationships with Minority/Women/Small /Veteran-Owned/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. We look for new opportunities to improve the team’s diversity, talent, and contributions to the community.
