Lightbox is an advanced two-story manufacturing facility producing commercial gem-quality diamonds up to one carat in size. It is a net-zero facility powered only by renewable hydroelectric energy. Lightbox is a multi-phased design and construction project to allow for future expansion.

Parametrix completed a site design package for civil work, land use package, and the landscape design.  Off-site improvements were also required by the City of Gresham and Parametrix prepared the plans for those improvements as well. The site included a manufacturing facility building, parking lot, landscaped areas, utilities to serve the building and storm water improvements for the site including drainage swales. Parametrix also provided construction administrative services.
