SH-75, Elkhorn Road to River Street

This project will improve capacity and safety on SH-75 through Ketchum and Sun Valley in central Idaho. SH-75 is the primary north-south highway in the Wood River Valley and serves the cities of Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum, and Sun Valley. This is the third and northernmost phase of the Idaho Transportation Department’s (ITD) 26-mile long SH-75 Timmerman to Ketchum project. Parametrix also provided design services for ITD in previous project phases.

The project includes:

  • Updating the 2008 concept design to meet 2047 travel demands
  • Developing design plans for roadway widening and replacing the Trail Creek Bridge
  • Preparing a re-evaluation of the 2008 Environmental Impact Statement and Record of Decision

Parametrix is completing final design of the improvements. Public involvement is an important part of this project with over 900 participants and 350 comments received during three community discussion meetings.
